At Elite Print Solutions, continuous learning is a key part of delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Recently, we welcomed Graham Austin from Fujifilm Business Innovation Australia to our Melbourne office to conduct a week-long technical training program for our service team. Technicians travelled from Brisbane and the ACT to participate in hands-on training, practical troubleshooting exercises, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

The training also marked an exciting milestone as one of the first major programs held in our new technical training facility. Bringing our teams together from across the country provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen technical capabilities, share experiences, and further develop our Fujifilm expertise.

A big thank you to Graham for sharing his knowledge and to our technicians for their enthusiasm and commitment throughout the week. It was a fantastic few days of learning, collaboration, and of course, some great food.
