In 2025, the program awarded 31 scholarships, supporting nurses, midwives, allied health professionals, administrative teams, and consumer representatives. We are proud to play a role in enabling this kind of professional development and impact.

Real impact: advancing data-driven healthcare

As part of the Elite Print Solutions Staff Scholarship, recipient Daljeet Kaur Walia (Data Manager, Oncology & Dysplasia Unit) is currently completing a course in data analytics and AI through the University of Melbourne.

Her studies are already making a tangible difference. By strengthening her data analytics capabilities, Daljeet is now better equipped to:

• Identify service gaps and improve referral pathways
• Support clinical trials with more efficient data analysis
• Enhance workflow efficiency and resource utilisation
• Contribute to more informed, data-driven decision-making
