Elite Print Solutions is proud to continue our long-standing support of The Royal Women’s Hospital through the Women’s Staff Scholarship Program.
This partnership is centred on a simple but powerful belief — when we invest in people, we contribute to better outcomes for patients, families, and the broader community. Through this program, hospital staff are given the opportunity to further their education, build new capabilities, and strengthen the quality of care delivered across the organisation.
In 2025, the program awarded 31 scholarships, supporting nurses, midwives, allied health professionals, administrative teams, and consumer representatives. We are proud to play a role in enabling this kind of professional development and impact.
Real impact: advancing data-driven healthcare
As part of the Elite Print Solutions Staff Scholarship, recipient Daljeet Kaur Walia (Data Manager, Oncology & Dysplasia Unit) is currently completing a course in data analytics and AI through the University of Melbourne.
Her studies are already making a tangible difference. By strengthening her data analytics capabilities, Daljeet is now better equipped to:
- Identify service gaps and improve referral pathways
- Support clinical trials with more efficient data analysis
- Enhance workflow efficiency and resource utilisation
- Contribute to more informed, data-driven decision-making
This kind of development not only supports individual growth but also helps drive more responsive, efficient, and patient-centred care across the hospital.
Investing in the future
The Women’s Staff Scholarship Program continues to grow, with opportunities for ongoing support in 2026 and beyond. Contributions help fund further education, training, and leadership development, ensuring the hospital can continue delivering world-class healthcare for women and newborns.
At Elite Print Solutions, we are honoured to support initiatives that create lasting impact — not just within organisations, but across the communities they serve.
We look forward to continuing this partnership and supporting the next generation of healthcare professionals.
