On November 20, 2024, Elite Print Solutions proudly celebrated two years of supporting the Women’s Staff Scholarship program at an event held at The Royal Women’s Hospital. During this occasion, we had the pleasure of meeting Erica and Susan from the Clinical Genetics Service.

Both Erica and Susan expressed their heartfelt gratitude for the scholarship, which will enable them to attend a one-day workshop on counselling skills development at The Bouverie Centre, La Trobe University. This workshop is designed to enhance their understanding of therapeutic approaches and improve their ability to support individuals and families navigating complex emotional challenges related to genetic conditions.

Throughout these two years, our commitment to empowering women in healthcare has been unwavering, and we are thrilled to see the positive impact of our support. During the ceremony, we presented certificates to the scholarship recipients and engaged in meaningful conversations about their upcoming professional development. Erica and Susan assured us that they would return with reflections and feedback from their experience, which will be invaluable in understanding the impact of this opportunity on their practice.
