Continuing Our Sustainability Journey with HP’s Amplify Impact Program – 2024.
This year, we are excited to continue our commitment to sustainability through HP’s Amplify Impact Program. Our dedicated efforts align with the program’s goals to foster a sustainable future and positively impact our community and environment. Here’s a detailed look at our goals for the year:
Executive Sponsorship & Employee Engagement. By October 2024: Executive Commitment: Management will commit to at least one social media post related to sustainability, reaching both external and internal stakeholders. Employee Engagement: We will continue with our Green Team (internal committee) which will hold at least one presentation on our sustainability initiatives, allowing for staff input and engagement.
Capturing Sustainability Sales. By October 2024: Sales Targets: Our sales team aims to close a minimum of 8 deals that leverage sustainability criteria, demonstrating our commitment to eco-friendly business practices.
Sustainability Communications & Reporting. External: Website Updates: We will regularly publish sustainability content on our company website, outlining our vision, progress, and commitments throughout FY24. Social Media: Quarterly posts on our social media accounts will highlight our ongoing commitment to sustainability. Internal: Employee Newsletter: Sustainability updates will be shared in our quarterly internal employee newsletter, keeping our team informed and engaged.
Syndicated Content – HP Sustainability Brand Showcase. By October 2024: Website Integration: Implement the HP Sustainability Brand Showcase content on our company website within three clicks from the landing page.
Customer Case Studies. By October 2024: Case Study: Complete at least one case study showcasing customer success stories with HP products and services, highlighting their sustainability achievements.
Business Carbon Footprint and Action Plan. By October 2024: Carbon Footprint Analysis: Conduct a thorough carbon footprint analysis and implement a reduction plan consistent with SBTI targets.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Strategy. By October 2024: DE&I Strategy: Establish a robust diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy within our organisation, fostering a more inclusive workplace.
Volunteering. By October 2024: Volunteer Program: Establish an employee volunteering program focused on local environmental impact.
Community Engagement. By October 2024: Non-Profit Partnership: Form an annual partnership with a local non-profit organisation and conduct a related event.
